Free To-Do List Printable With 3 Variations For 2026

I decided to make three different versions of these to-do list printables… so if you’re looking for a basic list style layout or something with more detail, you’ll find it down below! To print off, all you have to do is:

• scroll to the version you like
• click the link
• print the PDF page

To-Do List Printable

This first version has a simple to-do list, quick reminders, space for a motivational quote… as well as some room at the bottom to plan things out for the next few days. So if you like to break things down into smaller sections, this one might be for you!

The second version is very similar to the first BUT… there’s more room to write out your tasks! So if you have a lot on your plate or just want to keep it all on a single page, this layout might work better for you

Last but not least is the very simple to-do list! I tried to keep it basic but still leave plenty of room to write out your tasks. This would be great to hang up on the fridge or keep around your desk to quickly write things down / check things off!
